This show includes work I've never shown before both very new and older.  Also expect a lot of variety - everything from little acrylics to big drawings, from nearly abstract charcoal to highly detailed oil paintings.  There really is something for everyone, so come out and bring friends!  Opening night, there's also an open air fashion show and a DJ to keep you feeling as excited as I am!

My submission includes eight new pieces, several from last month's show that are still available, and two large pieces you may have seen at the Coffee Garden show back in December.  Pieces starting at only $50, so come out and see if anything grabs you!

That's my little seahorseman on the flier.  I'll be showing the series I've been blogging about...but if you  want to be surprised, don't look!

Alright, it's finished!

So the Midtown Alley Project piece is finished and ready for your eyes and aahs!  It's located on the wall of the parking lot on 23rd street between K and L; you can't miss it if you happen by.  I've added a picture here of the larger "L" shaped piece I did first, and then the double-silhouette piece I did in the upper right corder (separate piece), then all of that together, and then some pics of the wall.  As usual, pictures are not as good as the real thing.  As a gifted young Goonie once said, "You can't hug a photograph."  Well, you kind of can hug a photograph, and I guess you can't really hug a wall, but...nevermind.   See my work below, then come SEE my work when you get a moment.

The larger L-shaped piece I did first.

The silhouette pieces in the upper right hand corner.

All of it together.  The silhouettes are not intended to be part of the larger piece, but they do sort of draw the eye in.

Some close-ups of the fae and goldfish.

(L) The left side of the wall (I'm at the farthest left); and (R) the larger, right side.
